Quick Release Valves
Wichita Quick Release valves discharge twice as fast as any other valve tested in Wichita Clutch facility, and is four times faster than some common made valves. These valves are designed to withstand the harshest of environments with the body and cap built with high strength Aluminum Alloy and the stem with molded Nylon and the check valve with Nylon ball and the o-ring with Neoprene.
The valve will close and seal with less then 20 lbs. pressure . Most other valves require 25 to 30 lbs. to definitly seal. In tests the Wichita Valve made many hundreds of thousands, of engagements and disengagements before the slightest leak occured, or any parts needed replaced, and most valves need replacement of parts around 20,000 cycles.
