If you have either ead-shaft or live-shaft idler rolls, then the Split Coupling Models are perfect for you. These units are designed to have two Load Cells on each side of the idler roll.
This model eliminates the need for idler rolls with shafts and bearings, which help the over all cost. These Load Cells are designed to have two on either side of the machine frame.
If you have a single strand application then these are the Load Cells are the ones for you. These Load Cells measure the tension as the strand goes over the load cell.
